Kangerong Chardonnay

Crittenden Estate Kangerong Chardonnay is sourced from two blocks of the winery's cool climate Home Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula.

Though a mere stone's throw separates the blocks, each provides distinct characters to the final blend.

The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The juice is barrel fermented with wild yeast. Malolactic fermentation is kept to a minimum to retain vibrancy in the final wine, which is aged for 12 months.

Pale straw, Crittenden Estate Kangerong Chardonnay has stone fruit and citrus flavours with a touch of flint and supporting acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
